Weight Watchers Presents Fun and Fit in the City, a one-of-its-kind program that will include a star-studded panel on how to raise a healthy eater and a Health Expo to teach families about the many ways to live a healthier lifestyle.

The Harlem Children’s Zone will open its doors at 9am for the Health Expo, with exhibitors who will provide information and giveaways that promote and educate families about how to live a healthier lifestyle.

At 10:30am, the panel discussion will commence with a diverse group of educators and celebrities who will address the challenges our nation faces with the growing epidemic of childhood obesity, as well as many other health and food-related issues. The panel will be led by Tara Parker-Pope, the Wellness Columnist for the New York Times and will include Dr. Mehmet Oz and Rachael Ray, along with a special introduction by former President Bill Clinton.

The Harlem Children’s Zone is an innovative and unique community-based organization, offering education, social-service and community-building programs to children and families in its neighborhood.
