In the hands of a master, dim sum – the Chinese equivalent of tapas – promises an extravagance of arousing tastes, textures, and variety. Ming Tsai, one of the most famous Chinese-American chefs in the world, known for his fusion of Eastern and Western cuisines,  gathers a stellar group of his culinary colleagues, all with vast experience and innovative spirit, to bring this rare treat to the table.  The Delta Dim Sum Disco Brunch will bring together two otherwise diametrically opposed components – ’80s disco music spun by a DJ and centuries-old Chinese small plates – for a dynamic sensory experience.
