Join one of the world’s most celebrated—and Michelin-decorated—chefs as he cooks in the Beard House kitchen for the very first time. For this special, one-of-a-kind dinner, you’ll have a front row seat as Ducasse and the chefs of his New York City properties, Joel Dennis of Adour and Pierre Schaedelin of Benoit Bistro, prepare the ultimate degustation of la grande cuisine française.
This five-course dinner will be complimented with wines carefully selected by the sommelier from Adour along with Southern Wine and Spirits of New York, the exclusive provider of wine and spirits for the Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival.
This special dinner will be held at the historic James Beard House in the heart of Greenwich Village. The legendary food personality James Beard welcomed chefs, food lovers, and aspiring culinarians into his home to learn about food and to cook in his kitchen. The James Beard Foundation carries on this legacy by holding dinners and other food events in his home. This unique experience begins with an intimate walk through the kitchen and closes with an opportunity to speak with the chefs about their fantastic dishes.
Guests will be assigned seating prior to the event. We only guarantee guests who purchased tickets together will be seated together. If you would like to be seated with another guest(s), please send your request via email to tickets@nycwineandfoodfestival.com.
