Join event host, The Lobster Place, in the neighborhood's sleek new hotel, The Standard, New York, for an oyster and bubbly bash! Eight of NY’s most renowned seafood chefs will serve alongside artisanal oyster farmers – allowing a side-by-side comparison between a prepared oyster and one in the raw. Chat with the farmers and the chefs about their craft and their commitment to this delicacy from the sea. Enjoy french fries and cocktails while seeing whose oysters reign supreme in this oyster battle royale!
