|9:00 PM - 12:00 AM|
|Chelsea Market Event Space - 75 9th Avenue, between West 15th and West 16th Streets|
This is no cookie-cutter event. Come see the old Nabisco factory turned retail hotbed and food concourse like you’ve never seen it before during Chelsea Market After Dark presented by Food Network and hosted by Alton Brown. The Iron Chef America host, Brown, will use his knowledge and enthusiasm for the science of cooking and a humorous approach to introduce you to everything delicious available at the Market. Brown will greet guests from his "Good Eats Gallery" - a collection of sets, props, puppets, bits and pieces from his decade running hit show "Good Eats". And to celebrate the publication of "Good Eats 2: The Middle Years", guests will dine on classic dishes and drinks featured in the series. Guests will also quench their thirst with several classic French label wines from the W. J. Deutsch & Sons portfolio featuring the release of the “Vintage of a lifetime” from Georges Duboeuf 2009, while experiencing what life was like before today’s modern supermarkets took over when you personally knew your butcher, baker and candlestick maker.
