This year’s Chelsea Market After Dark is kicking it up a notch by bringing in Emeril Lagasse to host a showcase of the merchants and restaurants housed inside one of America’s most unique urban food markets. This is Emeril’s first appearance at the Festival and he plans to make it a memorable experience for all. Chelsea Market, home to the Food Network, will stay open late featuring 30 shops and their finest food & drink for all to enjoy. In his own store front, Super Nova Chef Emeril will host his own Signature lounge featuring delicious bites and seasonal goodies – all that make you want to say BAM! and you never know, just who might stop by.
