Join Food Network’s Princess of Italian Cooking Giada de Laurentiis at this year’s San Pellegrino's Meatball Madness. With a new downtown address, 82 Mercer, in Soho, more than 25 renowned chefs will take their best shot at rolling their best meatball as well as one glorious accompaniment. Returning for another year of hosting duties is the always enchanting, Giada, fresh from taping her two Food Network shows Giada at Home and The Next Food Network Star. Last year’s surprise Madness winner, Donatella Arpaia from Mia Dona in Midtown, is back to defend the championship trophy against some of the most creative meatball producers in the city. Expect lots of unique takes on the traditional Italian recipe and several surprise options that even the most seasoned Foodie could not dream up themselves. A variety of wines will be poured throughout the venue and make sure to stay hydrated with a refreshing San Pellegrino Sparkling Natural Mineral Water.
