James Beard Award Winner Sarabeth Levine unlocks the secrets that have made her restaurants so successful all across the world. Chef Levine will feature some of her favorite recipes from her cookbook Sarabeth's Bakery: From My Hands to Yours (Rizzoli, October 2010) as guests will get the opportunity to ask questions and hear tips from a pastry chef legend. For one day only, you will enter the halls of The International Culinary Center, the city’s preimenent culinary institution and learn the secrets of Sarabeth.
