Manresa Chef David Kinch from Los Gatos, CA, spends his days exploring the vast outdoor bounty of ingredients that The Golden State has to offer. Recipes from Kinch’s recently published cookbook Manresa: An Edible Reflection (Ten Speed Press, September 2013) will be showcased during this intimate sit-down dinner at Haven’s Kitchen, a unique supper club space constructed inside of a former carriage house. Kinch's highly personal haute cuisine exposes sophisticated palates to uncommon ingredients that create memorable and long-lasting experiences. Each couple attending the event will receive one cookbook to take home for a memory of this magical evening!
