James Beard Award-Winning Chef Gabrielle Hamilton and Wine Wise Guy Anthony Giglio team up together for an afternoon pairing seminar showcasing Hamilton’s unique recipes and fun stories from her memior Blood, Bones & Butter: The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Chef (January 2012; Random House). Giglio is an aficionado that turns any pairing seminar into a hilarious and educational afternoon. This event takes place at the Festival’s new headquarters, The Hudson Hotel, a Morgans Hotel Group property that exudes an environment of energy and wild architecture.
